Yes! I offer both in-person and online therapy via secure video calls, so you can choose what works best for you.
Where does Walk & Talk Therapy take place?
Sessions are held on scenic trails around Trondheim.
We’ll decide on a suitable location together before the session.
What should I wear for Walk & Talk Therapy?
Dress comfortably and according to the weather!
Comfortable walking shoes and layered clothing are recommended.
Can I mix online, in-person, and Walk & Talk sessions in a package?
Absolutely! The 5-session package allows you to mix & match between online, in-person,
and Walk & Talk sessions based on your preference.
What language do you offer therapy in?
Sessions are available in English, Russian and Lithuanian.
Do you offer therapy for couples?
Right now, I focus on individual therapy, but I may offer couples therapy in the future. Stay tuned!
